All products sold on DPDP360™ are digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Checklists

  • Guides

These products are delivered electronically via instant digital download after successful payment.

No Returns on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Returns are not possible

  • Physical exchange does not apply

  • Once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be returned or revoked

This policy is standard for digital goods.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for digital products once the download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered.

However, a refund may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • The product file is corrupted or inaccessible, and

  • We are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after support is contacted

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of use or understanding of the product

  • Incompatibility due to user systems or software

Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded after verification.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before raising a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorised or abusive chargebacks for successfully delivered digital products may be contested with the payment gateway.
